Twin Trees Cicero in Cicero

The pizza 🍕is not the same quality as the north syracuse location. Not cut into strips. The sauce, the crust. It was more like a cams pizza then a twin trees. I Will stick with the real location next time.

Normally service and food are fantastic but today the cashier was extremely rude and offensive. Based on this experience we will not be going back EVER

Monday all you can eat pizza and wings was great!!! Only disappointment was they don't start serving the dessert pizza until dinner time even though the all you can eat starts at noon.

The Gourmet pizza is my favorite. Also they are one of the few places with fried ravioli.

Twin Trees is my favorite place to get wings, there are tons of sauce options and you can order them cooked how you like them online. The pizza is amazing too, some of the best in town and you can really customize how you would like it cooked. I have come to love the square cut because I can dip my pizza in ranch (or the Thai chili sauce from my boneless wings)

I love giving 5 stars and the service here is the best! Good food with a small salad bar makes this a perfect home town restaurant. Wheel chair access and good parking.

Food is just as good as all the twin tree locations. Meaning sub par Italian food however this place has OUTSTANDING PIZZA AND WINGS. The crust they make is perfectly crisp without being hard , plenty of flavor without overwhelming the sauce and cheese. Love the way they cut the pizza into strips ,always have enough slices to at least have a snack for 6-8 or a real meal for 3-5. Add wings and forget it ,that's a great Friday. Prices seem high but consider $40 to takes 4 people out to dinner and you realize that it's reasonable.

There was a miscommunication about my order which was eventually corrected (which I appreciate), however the girl answering the phones could use a lesson in customer service! She was so worried about getting in trouble for fixing my order that after she eventually offered to fix it and I accepted she then said “whatever” and hung up on me.

Small slices 2 for 5 dollars with a drink. You can get 2 slices for 5 dollars at literally most pizza places and they are actually filling. Had to go to get more food just to be full. Aside from size, didnt even taste great. Rubbery pizza.

work ordered lunch today 2 pizza and wings . Wings good, pizza burnt onions and cheese not very good, my question would why would you serve that you a plainly see its burnt. what a waste of money. have to order elsewhere now.

Probably one of the better nursing homes in the Syracuse area. Modern and clean. They call themselves a "skilled nursing facility", but in reality the nurses are few and far between. It's staffed mostly by healthcare aids, some better than others. Most of them are friendly and caring, but some it seems have a bit of an attitude towards the patients. It's like any other nursing home, your loved one is likely to get more attention and better care the more often you show up for a visit. All in all, it's a halfway decent place.

This is our good to place for chicken parm, pizza, and meatball casserole. Love the food.

I went there last night with a couple of friends after the semi formal around 10:15. The wait staff treated us amazingly and did not rush us out, not to mention the food looked and tasted amazing. I love it there and will recommend to friends and return.

Worst service ever. Was stirring for 15 mins no one came over to take our order a older couple came in and sat Down and there order was immediately taken and drinks brought over to them waitress did not even look our way...we just got up and left we will never go back

Pizza buffet night, crowded dining area, staff was working hard, but couldn't keep up with demand. Pizza wasn't terrible and variety was good. Wings were average. Salad bar seemed to be an after thought, as lettuce was empty. Certainly would be better in a larger space where the register line and food line didn't have to cross.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Absolutely the best pizza I had while living in Central New York, and the wings are always large and delicious. Great menu choices, good atmosphere, and very friendly employees. Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you won't regret it.

Very Good! Pizza & Wings

All you can eat pizza and wings? How can you go wrong? You definitely can go wrong, but not here! Wonderfully delicious pizza and perfectly cooked wings. I would eat here every Monday if I wasn't 40 miles away. I'm sure their everyday offerings are just as legit as the buffet. You guys rock!

Feels like an office park pulling into the location, but inside is a more friendly pizza shop kind of feel. Most of the staff was quick, friendly, and accommodating. Pizza was standard for the brand (they have multiple locations), salad bar was focused mostly on the basics with a little extra flair but definitely maximized the space they had for it. Overall, it was a nice little retreat and easier to get in/out than their North Syracuse location.

Ordered two Large Cheeses last night, it was so burnt and slimy. We had a couple bites and threw it out and went to another establishment. You can have the $25.00, I want my time back.

The buffet was good, the wings were amazing and the pizza was great. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make up for the pizza taking a little bit to come out at first but knowing it's only one or two cooks in the back doing all the orders and the buffet. It was great!
